Job Summary:
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely completion of HR-related tasks and maintaining employee records. The HR Administrator will also assist in coordinating various HR programs and initiatives to support the organization's overall human resources objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the maintenance and processing of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
2. Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit procedures.
3. Support recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
4. Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
5. Assist in the administration of performance management activities, such as coordinating performance reviews and maintaining related documentation.
6. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
7. Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and training initiatives.
8. Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure accurate employee information and generate required reports.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role.
3. Solid understanding of HR practices and procedures.
